This service may be useful for foreign residents who need communication help or clearer preparation before contacting the provider.
Exact address and directions will appear here when live provider data is connected.
KOLIG should explain the practical context before you contact a provider. The service page should feel useful even before you press Request help.
Start with small inns, guesthouses, residences and monthly stays that welcome foreign residents. KOLIG is inquiry-first during the pilot — no complicated live inventory required.
Approved accommodation listings will appear here as KOLIG brings pilot properties onboard.
Join free while KOLIG builds its foreign-resident audience. Basic listings stay available without a booking commission, and early partners receive complimentary Premium exposure during the launch period.
Free Basic listing · free verification during pilot · launch Premium includedYou can write in your language. KOLIG can show the owner a Korean translation while keeping the original message available.
Your inquiry is ready for the property to review. If you agree on a stay, payment is arranged directly with the property; KOLIG does not collect or hold it.

No live inventory system is required for the pilot. Keep the listing accurate and answer availability inquiries when they arrive.
Use Available / Ask owner / Temporarily unavailable. We are intentionally not requiring Agoda-style calendars in V1.
Basic listing and inquiries are free. Early accommodation partners also receive complimentary Premium exposure during the launch period. When Premium becomes paid, owners can return to Basic without losing their listing.
Choose the type that best matches what you want to offer.
Businesses register for what they actually provide. Basic listing can remain free; Premium is an optional visibility plan after applicable verification. Premium never replaces verification.
Add only the basics. You can create your first service post after this.
Use a phone number customers can use for this business.
Choose all that apply.
Pick what you actually want customers to ask you for.
Identity, business registration, licenses and professional authority are checked separately where required.
Choose a category to see what KOLIG needs to verify before your provider profile can go live.
We show only the services that fit your profile. If something needs professional verification, KOLIG will tell you.
Start with one clear sentence. You can add more services later.
Send the provider the details they need to accept the job and confirm the final price and timing.
Upload only what the provider actually needs. Never upload passwords, OTPs, security answers or unnecessary identity documents.
The provider reviews the scope, timing and language before accepting.
Check the exact scope, provider, price, delivery mode and time before arranging payment directly with the provider.
Confirm the provider, scope, total price and cancellation terms before paying. Be cautious with large advance payments, especially when a provider is not verified by KOLIG.
Confirm the price, what is included, payment timing, cancellation/refund terms and the provider's identity before sending money.
Use the multilingual order chat for updates, files and questions.
Confirm only if the agreed service was delivered. Otherwise, report an issue before payout release.
Rate the specific service you received. Provider reputation can also summarize completed orders over time.
Your original request, messages, files and completion state stay attached while the issue is reviewed.
Depending on the order and evidence: complete order, partial refund, full refund, provider payout, or additional review.
Requests you send will appear here with matching, agreed terms and service status.
Write naturally in your preferred language. You do not need to know which type of provider you need.
Do not send account passwords, one-time codes, security answers or unnecessary identity documents. A provider can guide you while you keep control of your own account.
An eligible provider reviews the request first. You see the provider, final scope, time and price before you pay.

The next step is provider review. You do not pay until an eligible provider confirms the scope, time and final price.
Choose what you want to check, then open the relevant record, calculator, benefit service, or complaint process.
Choose the problem that best matches what you see.
Your employer should give you a wage statement showing what you were paid, how it was calculated, and the deductions.
Compare the listed wage items with your employment contract.
Compare the calculation with your actual work-time records. Exact rules can depend on workplace size and work pattern.
Identify National Pension, Health Insurance, Employment Insurance, tax and any other deduction separately.
The amount actually deposited should match the final net amount after valid deductions.
It becomes useful evidence for wage disputes, insurance checks and tax records.
First check whether you qualify, then estimate the amount and compare it with what the employer or relevant insurance actually pays.
Severance generally requires at least 1 year of continuous service and average scheduled work of at least 15 hours per week.
Check the actual start and end dates of employment.
Use the recent wage information needed for the statutory severance calculation.
Keep the employer calculation, payslips and bank records.
Final wages and severance are generally due within 14 days after employment ends unless a valid extension is agreed.
Call 1350 or contact the Labor Office. File a wage complaint if needed.
출국만기보험 is part of the severance-payment mechanism. If the statutory severance is higher than the insurance payment, the employer can still owe the legal shortfall.
Only programs that may apply to your status and employment are shown.
Choose what you need right now. You’ll get practical tips, useful Korean, and the key things to know.
Use Guide for registration, results, placement and class enrollment. Use Learn for exam preparation.
TOPIK is a Korean-language proficiency test. KIIP is the Korea Immigration & Integration Program. If your visa, school, employer or application names a specific requirement, follow that requirement. Otherwise, open the section that matches your goal below.
Schedules can change. Check the official source before you register, pay, travel, or make an important application decision.
Use the official notice shown above as the final source, especially if a test session is changed, cancelled, extended or affected by a system notice.
Use Guide for official dates and registration. Use Learn for TOPIK/KIIP preparation, practice and mock tests.
Registration is only open during set periods, so check the current official schedule first. Test sites can fill.
Confirm which test, registration window and result date apply.
Use the NIIED TOPIK registration site.
Use the official account rather than creating duplicates unnecessarily.
TOPIK I/II, PBT/IBT and overseas sessions can have different arrangements.
Prepare identity details, requested photo/info and a payment method.
Save your test information after payment and registration are complete.
If the official system is unavailable or a registration problem occurs, check official notices and contact the TOPIK Center.
Registration windows are limited and test sites can fill. Check the current official schedule before registering.
Use Guide for official registration. Use Learn for diagnostics, targeted practice, retests, and mock exams.
Use the official TOPIK result and score-certificate service after results for your test session have been released.
Use the account connected to the relevant test registration.
Select the relevant test/session.
Confirm the official score and level.
Do not rely on a screenshot when an employer, school or immigration process requires an official certificate or verification.
How a TOPIK score helps depends on the specific visa, job, study, or other requirement. Check the requirement for your goal.
Do not create duplicate accounts just because login fails.
Start in Socinet. If you do not already have an accepted placement basis, the KIIP pre-evaluation can place you at an appropriate level.
Use your existing account if you already have one.
Check the official participation / placement instructions.
Some users may have another recognized basis for placement; not everyone starts the same way.
Registration opens only during official Socinet periods. Check the current Socinet schedule before applying.
Use the level recorded in Socinet.
Course enrollment is a separate step.
Use Guide for Socinet registration and participation steps. Use Learn for KIIP preparation and speaking practice.
Once your KIIP level is set, course registration is done through Socinet. Choose an available course matching your level, location and schedule.
Search for a course that matches your assigned/eligible level and practical location.
Confirm dates, class format and any course-specific requirement shown.
Do not assume a course seat is guaranteed until the status confirms it.
Class availability changes. Check the current Socinet listing before choosing a class.
Start with what you need to do. Your visa or residence status matters when it changes the deadline, documents, or where to report.
Check the official immigration expiry date instead of guessing from your employment contract or the date printed when your Residence Card was first issued.
If your current permitted stay / expiry date is clearly shown and you have not recently extended or changed status, this is usually the easiest place to check first.
Use this when you recently extended or changed status, the card information may be old, the card is lost/damaged, or you want to confirm the exact current immigration record before filing something.
Check the permitted stay / expiry information currently shown.
You do not need to open another website just to repeat a simple check.
Especially after a recent extension, status change, reissue, or other immigration approval.
Do not wait until the final days to find out whether your status can extend online.
For online extension, official guidance says the application must be filed no later than the day before expiry. Exact eligibility and documents depend on your visa/status.
Use if the expiry shown is unclear or does not match a recent approval.
Many registered foreigners can use HiKorea e-Application, but online availability and required documents depend on your exact status and situation.
Do this before starting an extension application.
Select Extension of Stay if it is available for your status.
General core items can include passport, Residence Card, proof of current address and visa/status-specific supporting documents.
Follow the current HiKorea filing screen.
Respond to any request for additional documents.
Do not assume submission means the extension was approved.
If you cannot apply online or submission fails, call 1345 and contact the Immigration office responsible for your area. Make a visit reservation if required, and do not wait until the deadline passes.
Use if your status is not eligible online, the system fails, or documents are unclear.
Your foreign-resident address must be updated separately. Do not assume a Korean household move-in report automatically updates your immigration record.
Examples can include a lease, residence confirmation or another accepted proof for your situation.
Use the integrated immigration application/report form where required.
Use HiKorea where available, the Immigration office responsible for your area, or an eligible 읍·면·동 resident-service center.
Do not assume the address changed until the report is completed.
F-4 domestic-residence holders use a 14-day rule. The exact deadline and available online or local-office options depend on your registration type and status, so check the rule for your case.
Different registered-information changes can have different reporting deadlines and routes. Employment-information reporting applies only to people subject to that separate requirement.
Use the physical Residence Card reissue process. Mobile Residence Card/device-loss procedures are separate.
Do not wait until another transaction requires the card.
The integrated immigration application/report form includes Residence Card reissue.
This applies to damage / change cases.
Confirm the exact document set for your case.
Call 1345 to confirm office and reservation requirements.
Keep it until the replacement card is issued.
From January 1, 2025, the physical Foreign Residence Card issuance/reissue fee is ₩35,000.
Do not assume Immigration updates changed passport information automatically.
HiKorea e-Application includes passport-information / registration-information changes.
Do not treat submission alone as proof that the immigration record changed.
For registered foreigners, a change to passport number, issue date, or validity period must generally be reported within 15 days. If your case is unusual or the online route is unavailable, confirm the method with 1345.
After submitting an electronic petition or report, check the processing result instead of assuming submission means approval.
This is the electronic-application status screen.
Received, processing, completed, or additional action/document required.
Keep the final confirmation when available.
Some immigration procedures are reports; others require permission/approval before you act. Do not begin an activity that legally requires approval only because the online submission was accepted.
Use these options if the HiKorea task cannot be completed online.
Do not rely only on the deduction shown on your payslip. Check your official National Pension 가입·납부 history and compare the employer period and contribution months with your own records.
Go to the NPS personal electronic civil-service area and authenticate yourself.
This is the official record of your National Pension coverage and contribution history.
Confirm that the workplace and employment period shown in the NPS record match when you actually worked there.
Look for missing months or an employer period that looks shorter than your real employment.
If your payslip shows a 국민연금 deduction but the official record is missing or inconsistent, keep both records.
Use 1355 or an NPS branch to explain the record and tell you how to correct it.
Use this to check covered months, reported income and contribution history.
Useful when you need an official certificate rather than only an on-screen check.
Use when coverage, contribution months or employer records are missing or unclear.
NPS notes that payment information can take several days to appear, and the current month's premium may temporarily look unpaid before the due date. If an older month or employer period remains missing, contact NPS and keep your payslips and employment records.
Coverage and refund rights can depend on nationality, visa/status and social-security or reciprocity rules. E-8, E-9 and H-2 insured workers can qualify for a lump-sum refund regardless of nationality when the legal conditions are met. Other foreign nationals should check the current NPS country/agreement list before assuming a refund is available.
Check the official NHIS records yourself. A 건강보험 deduction on a payslip does not by itself prove that your qualification history is correct.
Use the NHIS website or The건강보험 app and authenticate.
This is the certificate / personal-service area.
Check when Health Insurance coverage started and ended and whether the workplace period is shown correctly.
Check premium-payment information and compare it with payslip deductions.
Keep your contract and payslips if the official record does not match.
Call 1577-1000 or visit an NHIS branch.
Shows coverage / qualification periods. This is the first thing to check if you are unsure whether you were actually registered.
Use this to check premium-payment information.
Use when qualification or premium records do not match your employment or deductions.
Foreign residents who are not employee-insured can also become subject to mandatory regional coverage after the applicable residence period, commonly six months, subject to status and exemption rules. If you are unsure which category applies, confirm directly with NHIS.
Save the payslip showing the 건강보험 deduction and the official NHIS qualification / payment record. Ask NHIS whether the difference is timing, eligibility, reporting, or a correction issue before deciding what happened.
Use the official 고용보험 자격이력내역서 to check the workplace and qualification periods that appear in your insured history.
Find 고용·산재보험 제증명 발급(근로자·재해자).
Authenticate and request the worker qualification-history record.
Confirm that the workplace you actually worked for appears where applicable.
Compare the official qualification period with your real employment dates.
Contact 근로복지공단 (COMWEL) and confirm whether Employment Insurance applied to your status and how to correct the history.
Official record used to check insured workplace and qualification periods.
Offline / correction guidance for relevant Employment Insurance records.
Employment Insurance does not apply to every foreign worker in exactly the same way. Some foreign workers are covered automatically, while others are covered only after an insurance-enrollment application. First confirm which rule applied to your stay status during that period.
Choose what happened. Then follow the rules, forms, office and next steps that apply to that situation.
Start with your current status and goal. Focus only on visa options that may realistically apply to you.
For eligible E-9, E-10, or H-2 workers, E-7-4 can be a realistic next step. Check the core eligibility requirements first.
For 2026, the general E-7-4 wage requirement is ₩26 million per year. Check the current Ministry of Justice notice for any occupation-specific exception, and confirm that the proposed employment contract meets the current E-7-4 requirements.
Current Ministry of Justice guidance lists Korean ability as a required scoring condition. Check the current E-7-4 notice before applying because detailed scoring and exceptions can change.
Do not submit just because one or two requirements look good.
The recommendation comes from the current company where the user has worked at least 1 year.
At least 2 years and meeting the current salary threshold.
Income, Korean ability, work history, age and any bonus-point documents claimed.
Use the current K-point E74 electronic status-change route.
Submission does not mean approval. Respond to any request for additional documents.
E-7-4 status-change applications use the current HiKorea / K-point E74 route after eligibility is confirmed.
Use this when KIIP is the Korean-language proof or preparation route.
Use when eligibility is borderline, documents are unusual, or immigration/tax/penalty history may affect the case.
Use Guide for official TOPIK or KIIP registration and Learn for TOPIK I or KIIP preparation.
Start with what actually happened. Choose the situation closest to your problem to open the relevant labor, safety, or workplace-change guide.
An unfamiliar deduction is not automatically illegal. First identify what it is, verify official deductions, then challenge anything that has no clear lawful or agreed basis.
Use the 임금명세서 (wage statement / payslip). Check the deduction name and amount.
Examples can include National Pension, Health Insurance, Employment Insurance, tax, housing/meal charges or another agreed item.
When relevant, compare the payslip with your NPS, NHIS or tax records rather than relying only on the employer’s explanation.
If the deduction is unclear or disputed, ask what legal or contractual basis was used and keep the reply.
If the deduction still has no clear basis, ask the labor authority whether a complaint should be filed.
Wages are generally paid in full, except deductions allowed by law or a collective agreement. Some deductions are required by law, so first identify what the deduction is and why it was made before treating it as unlawful.
Use when the legal basis for the deduction is unclear or the employer refuses to explain.
Use the labor complaint process if you suspect an unlawful deduction.
Use this when the job you are actually doing does not match important agreed or lawful conditions such as wage, working time, duties, breaks, or another written employment condition.
Use the employment contract, payslips, schedules, messages, housing/meal agreements and actual work records.
Keep records showing the difference: schedules, instructions, wage statements, photos, messages, or witness information when appropriate.
If safe and practical, clearly state which agreed condition is not being followed.
If the issue may violate labor law or the employer refuses to correct it, ask the labor authority how to file the correct complaint.
Some serious employer violations can also affect an E-9 workplace-change application. Contact the Employment Center responsible for your case when relevant.
If there is immediate danger or violence, protect your safety first. For workplace harassment, keep evidence and report it to the employer or labor authority as appropriate.
If police help is needed because of violence or immediate danger, call 112.
Keep messages/chats, photos or video if lawfully obtained, witness information, medical records if injured, and written reports or complaints.
The employer has duties to investigate after receiving or learning of a workplace-harassment report and to take necessary protective measures.
Keep the employer’s response and any evidence of retaliation.
The facts may also affect an E-9 workplace-change application through the Employment Center responsible for your case.
Retaliatory disadvantage against the victim or reporting worker is also prohibited. Not every disagreement between coworkers automatically meets the legal definition, so compare what happened with the legal conditions first.
Physical violence or immediate danger.
Workplace harassment / labor-law guidance and Labor Office process.
E-9 workplace-change help when the facts may support a separate application.
This is for an imminent or serious safety risk before an accident happens. If you are already injured, use the separate Work Injury guide.
Industrial Safety and Health Act Article 52 gives a worker a stop-work / evacuation right when there is imminent danger of an industrial accident. Report the danger promptly. An employer may not disadvantage a worker when there was reasonable cause to believe imminent danger existed.
Do not stay in a place where you reasonably believe an industrial accident may occur immediately.
Tell the supervisor, department head or responsible person what the hazard is and where it is.
Photos/video, messages, worksite details and witness information can help document the hazard.
Use 1350 for guidance on the appropriate labor-safety process.
Switch to the industrial-accident compensation guide.
When employment ends, do not treat everything as one problem. You may need to handle workplace change, final pay/severance, and stay/immigration separately.
Choose the real situation. The reason can change your E-9 workplace-change options and the evidence you need.
Check whether all wages, overtime and other amounts that should have been paid actually reached you.
Check whether you qualify and roughly how much should be paid. For E-9 workers, departure-guarantee insurance can be related to severance, but it does not automatically remove any statutory shortfall owed by the employer.
If you will continue E-9 work in Korea, check the workplace-change process and deadlines separately.
Your employment contract date and your immigration stay-expiry date are not the same thing. Check your official stay status and any immigration action required for the next step.
unless the parties validly agree to extend the payment date because of special circumstances. If the money remains unpaid, use the Ministry of Employment and Labor complaint process.
E-9 workplace change and EPS job-search/referral.
Unpaid wages, severance and other labor-rights complaints. Call 1350 for guidance.
Stay status and permission related to the new workplace. Call 1345 for current immigration guidance.
Get treatment first. If the injury or illness is work-related, you can apply for Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance benefits through 근로복지공단 (Korea Workers’ Compensation & Welfare Service).
Do not delay urgent care to settle paperwork. Tell the hospital or clinic that the injury or illness may be work-related: 업무상 재해 / 산재.
Write down the date, time, location, task you were doing, how the accident happened, witnesses, and any relevant equipment or workplace conditions. Keep photos, messages, CCTV information and medical records when available.
요양급여신청서 means Application for Medical Care Benefits. The application includes the accident details and requires a medical opinion. A medical institution can also assist with the application.
The application is submitted to the Korea Workers’ Compensation & Welfare Service regional office or branch responsible for the workplace. The Service reviews whether the injury or illness is work-related.
COMWEL may check facts with the employer, medical provider, worker, witnesses or other evidence before deciding the claim.
Use this to apply for industrial-accident medical-care benefits. COMWEL guidance says the form can be obtained from its regional offices/branches or downloaded from the COMWEL website's form materials.
Industrial-accident claim, review, medical-care and compensation authority.
Use this when you need help identifying the correct branch or industrial-accident process.
Useful when the accident also involves labor-rights problems or when you need general labor guidance.
Foreign workers can use the industrial-accident compensation process. Do not give up only because the employer says the workplace was not properly enrolled in industrial-accident insurance; COMWEL determines the claim and coverage issue.
For multilingual help, the Foreign Workforce Counseling Center operates at 1577-0071.
You can still apply. 근로복지공단 determines whether the injury or illness is work-related. Do not abandon the claim only because the employer refuses to sign, cooperate, or says “this is not 산재.”
Covered treatment and related approved medical-care costs.
May apply for qualifying periods when you cannot work during approved treatment.
Additional benefits can apply when an approved injury leaves lasting impairment or rehabilitation is needed.
If the injury means you cannot continue at the current workplace, first protect your health and industrial-accident claim. Then check the E-9 workplace-change route separately through the competent 고용센터.
A step-by-step guide for E-9 workers showing what you, your employer, the Employment Center, and Immigration each need to do.
The reason can change eligibility, evidence, and your next step.
Uses 외국인근로자 고용변동 등 신고서 and, when relevant, 사업장변경 사유 확인서(사업주용).
Submit 사업장변경신청서 to the competent 고용센터.
Keep your contract and evidence showing what actually happened.
Your employer reports the employment change. Do not confuse that report with your own application.
This is your formal Application for Workplace Change.
If the employer will not cooperate, protect your deadline and contact the Employment Center with the evidence you have.
The Employment Center handles the eligible employer/referral stage.
A private job offer alone does not replace the EPS process.
Complete 근무처 변경·추가 허가 before starting ordinary work at the new workplace.
Worker's formal application.
Employer-side report.
Employer and worker versions are available where needed.
Call 1350 if you are unsure which office handles your workplace.
Special handling can apply when injury, illness, pregnancy or childbirth made the normal process impossible. Do not assume the clock stopped automatically.
During the initial employment period, workplace changes are generally limited to 3; during the extended re-employment period, generally 2. A change caused by reasons not attributable to the worker under Article 25(1)(2)—such as qualifying closure, employer labor-condition violations or unfair treatment—is not counted toward those limits.
There is no single universal release paper that every E-9 worker must obtain. Protect your deadline, contact the Employment Center responsible for your case, and bring the evidence you have.
Use this when wages, overtime, allowances, or final salary that should have been paid are still unpaid. This is a labor-rights process, separate from an E-9 workplace-change process.
The next step changes depending on whether you are still employed or your job has already ended.
Keep your employment contract, wage statements, bank deposit records, work-time or attendance records when relevant, and messages or notices about the unpaid amount.
A text message, email, or written request can help show that you asked about the missing wages and what the employer answered.
Use the Ministry of Employment and Labor's 노동포털 and file a 진정서 for unpaid wages, or visit the labor authority responsible for your case.
After filing, keep the case information and provide requested documents or explanations during the investigation.
The Labor Portal lists petitions for 임금체불 and other labor-law violations.
Use 1350 if you are unsure how to file, which office is responsible, or what evidence to prepare.
unless a valid extension of the payment date is agreed because of special circumstances. This retirement rule should not be confused with an ordinary missed payday while you are still employed.
You may need to file a wage complaint with the labor authority and also follow the E-9 workplace-change process through the Employment Center responsible for your case. One does not automatically complete the other.
Keep the evidence you have and use the official labor complaint process. If documents are incomplete, contact 1350 or the labor authority responsible for your case for guidance rather than abandoning the claim.
