Please include your account email, a short description of the issue, and a transaction reference for billing matters when available. Never send passwords or full payment-card details.
KoreanLifeGuide was created to make everyday life in South Korea easier to understand and navigate.
It is designed for international visitors, students, workers, newcomers, and residents.
It is not a traditional language course. Instead, it focuses on real situations you may experience in everyday life.

Service operator. KoreanLifeGuide is operated by INFLUNET.
Account information. If you create an account, we process the email address and authentication information needed to sign you in. Google sign-in may provide basic profile information.
Learning and app progress. Signed-in users may store learning progress, mastery results, last lesson, saved content, recently viewed items, and related preferences so the service can continue across sessions.
Device protection. To reduce paid-account resale and mass sharing, paid accounts may register device identifiers generated by the app, a general device label, last-used time, and limited user-agent information. We do not use IP-address locking as the primary device-control method.
Payments and subscriptions. Paddle or another payment provider shown at checkout processes payment information. KoreanLifeGuide stores subscription identifiers, plan/access state, transaction references, and dates needed to provide and manage paid access. We do not store full payment-card numbers.
Affiliate referrals. If you use a creator or affiliate link/code, we may store the referral code, attribution information, resulting purchase reference, and commission status needed to administer the program.
Updates, partners, and operational content. Public app content such as official notices and partner listings may be delivered from our managed database rather than being embedded directly in the app.
Audio and microphone. If a lesson offers optional recording practice, microphone access is requested only when you choose that feature. Local recordings should remain on the device unless a feature expressly tells you otherwise.
How information is used. Information is used to provide the service, maintain accounts and subscriptions, preserve progress, prevent abuse, administer referrals, troubleshoot problems, and provide support.
Service providers. We may use Supabase for authentication/data storage, Paddle for subscription payments, Netlify for hosting, and other providers needed for app operation.
Data retention. We retain information while needed to provide the service, meet legal/accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent fraud or abuse.
Account deletion and privacy requests. You may request deletion, access, or correction of account information at support@influnet.co.kr, subject to information we must retain by law.
Security. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures. Administrative/service credentials are not intended to be embedded in the public app.
International processing. Information may be processed in countries other than your own by our service providers.
Children's privacy. KoreanLifeGuide is not directed at young children and does not knowingly collect personal information from them in violation of applicable law.
No sale of personal information. INFLUNET does not sell personal information.
Policy updates. We may update this policy as KoreanLifeGuide changes. Material updates will be communicated where reasonably required.

1. Introduction and acceptance. These Terms govern your use of KoreanLifeGuide. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.
2. Service provider. KoreanLifeGuide is provided by INFLUNET.
3. Access levels and plans. KoreanLifeGuide offers Guest access, a Free registered account, and one paid learning product: Learn Korean Premium. A Free registered account includes the full Practical Guide, Toolkit, full Learn Korean Track 1, saved progress, and selected previews. Learn Korean Premium is ₩20,000/year and unlocks Learn Korean Tracks 2–5, including EPS Exam Mastery.
4. Individual account use. Accounts are for one person's use. Sharing, renting, reselling, or distributing account access is prohibited. Paid plans may use up to two active registered devices. Device replacement may be rate-limited to prevent account resale or mass sharing.
5. Account responsibility. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activity under your account.
6. Annual subscription and billing. Practical and Complete are yearly renewing digital subscriptions. Billing is processed by the payment provider shown at checkout.
7. Automatic renewal. Unless canceled before the next billing date, a paid subscription renews automatically for another year at the then-current price shown for that plan.
8. Upgrades and downgrades. An upgrade from Practical to Complete may take effect immediately and may include a prorated charge for the remaining subscription period. A downgrade may be scheduled for the next renewal so already-paid access is preserved through the current paid period.
9. Cancellation. You may cancel future renewal through available subscription-management tools or by contacting support. Cancellation normally stops future renewal and does not end the period already paid for.
10. Refunds. Refund requests are handled under our Refund & Subscription Policy and applicable consumer law.
11. Educational and informational purpose. KoreanLifeGuide is a practical educational and language guide for everyday life in Korea.
12. Track 5 exam-preparation limitation. Track 5 provides practice for EPS-style preparation but does not guarantee an official exam result, employment, visa approval, or entry into Korea. KoreanLifeGuide is not affiliated with or endorsed by HRD Korea, EPS, immigration authorities, or any government agency unless expressly stated.
13. No professional advice. Content is not legal, immigration, medical, financial, tax, employment, or other professional advice. Important matters should be confirmed with the relevant official organization.
14. Emergency-information limitation. Emergency content is general guidance and does not replace Korean emergency services or official authorities.
15. Accuracy. We aim for accuracy, but Korean systems, procedures, prices, schedules, and policies can change without notice.
16. Prohibited use. Copying, scraping, account resale, redistribution, automated extraction, and commercial exploitation of the app or its content without permission are prohibited.
17. Intellectual property. Original text, translations, exercises, audio, illustrations, mock exams, question banks, organization, and design are the property of INFLUNET or their respective rights holders and are protected by applicable law.
18. Service availability and updates. We may update, change, or temporarily suspend parts of the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
19. Third-party services. The app may rely on third-party authentication, hosting, payment, mapping, or data services that have their own terms and policies.
20. Suspension or termination. We may restrict or terminate access for material violation of these Terms, fraud, account resale, or abusive use, subject to applicable law.
21. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, INFLUNET is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
22. Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms as the service changes. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably required.

Learn Korean Premium is KoreanLifeGuide's only paid digital annual subscription. The Practical Guide, Toolkit, and Learn Korean Track 1 are free with a registered account.
You can cancel future renewal through available subscription-management tools or by contacting support. Cancellation prevents the next renewal and normally preserves access through the current paid period.
An upgrade from Practical to Complete may be charged on a prorated basis for the remaining subscription period. A downgrade may be scheduled for the next renewal.
Refund requests are reviewed under applicable law and the payment provider's procedures. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for the current paid period.
If you were charged twice, charged without authorization, made an accidental purchase, or have a technical problem preventing paid access, contact support promptly.
For a refund request, include your account email, purchase date, transaction reference if available, and the reason for the request. Do not send full card details.
Approved full refunds may end the paid entitlement associated with the refunded transaction. Partial refunds or credits may be handled differently according to the payment provider and applicable law.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.
